We worked with Linda having just moved to Maryland, coming from London, England. She was amazing from start to finish, being highly knowledgeable, professional and polite. We obviously were not familiar with the US house buying process and Linda ensured we were well informed and understood each step of the process.
During the viewing process she informed us of things to be concerned with, and that might cost us more to repair. She would also give us time to discuss things privately and help entertain the children while we considered things. We bought a house during an especially volatile market in 2021 - Linda helped smooth our what would have been an especially stressful time. We felt in looked after every step of the way and she made herself available at some pretty extreme hours (which we never expected, but she really went above and beyond to help us).
