Our realtor, Janel Delos Reyes gave us great service when we were trying to buy a property on the Kitsap, Washington peninsula. We were out of state home buyers not familiar with the local neighborhoods. Janel helped identify various potential neighborhoods on the Kitsap peninsula, compare prices and decide upon making an offer. After the offer was accepted, she arranged for the home inspection and then stayed with us and the home inspector to understand any potential issues. Janel also helped us navigate how to handle home inspection findings when the seller did not want to correct any identified issues. Just before closing, temperatures suddenly dropped below freezing and Janel checked that the house thermostat was set so that pipes would not freeze. Janel also kept watch on property after transaction was complete...Throughout the process, Janel maintained a cheerful, can-do attitude.
