Penny and her team did an absolutely superb job of listing and selling my brother’s home. She was extremely responsive to our need for an accelerated listing and sale. We were able to close on the property five weeks after our initial meeting. Importantly, we were also able to get a very competitive price for the property. Having recently worked with a wonderful realtor in Washington the person and team I picked had big shoes to fill. Met with Penny Jelmberg and agent Renee Marrotte a year ago and was very impressed so when the decision was finally made to sell our house in SCSH this summer it was an automatic signing with them. Some things were a little difficult with us living in Canada but Michele LeBrett, Nina Mahon and Blaire Jelmberg in the office were so efficient, communicative and patient with us that it was made as easy and manageable as possible in the month or so it took to sell the house.
