Bought a Single Family home in 2019 in Marietta, GA.
Jaye was very patient and detail oriented, great with timely communication and walking me through every step of the way. Jaye even went above and beyond several times trying to get information from Zillow when they were often non communicative and didn't seem to be organized with the sale. We are still waiting for some information from Zillow and their associates even more than a week after closing. Jaye has definitely gone the extra mile when it came to assisting me in finding a home and purchasing my new home, even past closing. I will always be grateful to Jaye for all the added effort she put in on this home purchase for me.

Bought and sold a Single Family home in 2019 in Dallas, GA.
My wife found Jaye on a trip to Atlanta to scout out homes. We sat down and discussed what we wanted and price point and went back to Memphis. We asked Jaye to work with our re-location company. The re-location company asked Jaye to join their network of realtors which she did. We decided on moving to the suburbs of North Atlanta. We found our home in two days. I can say that I sold my house in Memphis in an hour and bought a house in Dallas Georgia in a hour. Working with a great realtor is the key! I would highly recommend Jaye

Jaye is not only a great agent, but also a wonderful person. She was responsive to my specific needs and concerns and made the whole home buying experience less stressful. From viewing the property to the negotiation process and the final purchase, Jaye was always there to answer my questions and alleviate any unnecessary worry. She treated me kindly and honestly and more like a friend and was far more personable than other agents I’ve dealt with who treat you like you’re just another paycheck to them.
