I have been working with Jenni for the past 20+ years with 6 different transactions, the most recent being May, 2025. There is a reason I keep going back to her—she knows what she is doing! She also listens to your goals/needs and helps you achieve them. Most recently, she was the selling agent on my home. I wanted to sell quick and the houses in my neighborhood weren’t moving; but by following her advice on staging my house and proper pricing, I had offers in several weeks. (I did not pay for expensive staging.) She also helped me purchase my new home. I had multiple goals for the purchase —

My family and I started an important journey in August 2023 to sell our current home (In a community we loved) and purchase a new home in a desired area of Texas. It was an extremely difficult decision because we loved our house (Jenni was our agent when we originally located to Texas 5 years ago), and our neighbors. Jenni helped us find the perfect location and we had our new home build and ready to move in March 2024. Jenni negotiated us an amazing deal and took all the stress away. Our house went on the market in early 2024 and Jenni worked tirelessly to get the sale done in time. Our goal was to coordinate our sale and move to coincide. Like magic, Jenni made it happen in an extremely difficult market for sellers. We are closing on our current home in two weeks and our new home the day after.
