We were so pleased with our real estate purchase experience with Jennifer Brinson. She listened to our requirements. Found several properties (in our budget) and then helped nogotiate a fair purchase price. She was helpful with MANY questions from contract to closing and secured the inspector, surveyor, and attorney for us. She was also a great go-between to the seller as the electricity and internet got rolled over to us.
I would use here a realtor anytime again and this experience went smoothly largely due to her attention to detail.

Jennifer Brinson did a wonderful job for me. I was an out of state buyer which I'm sure would test anyone's patience. She was a local and was very aware and informative on the various aspects of the areas that i was interested in seeing. I was impressed with her honesty and felt she was representing my interest. Although I didn't end up buying in NC at the time, we are still in touch. And If I decide to make that happen, I know who to call.
