John was great! We got the recommendation from our mortgage lender and glad we did! The house we got cake on the market and we could tell it was going to sell quick it was a Friday night and John dropped everything and left his dinner and set up a showing. We put in an offer on that night and luckily we did by Monday day there were already 3 offers had it not been for John and his commitment to his customer we wouldn’t of gotten the house! The Kawohl team is great!

This brother and sister team is ideal to work with especially if you are both selling and buying a new home. They work exceptionally well together and are able to coordinate between one another on the details of each of your purchase and sale transactions. I've used Chris in the past to sell a home and was pleased with her and her brother's work yet again the second time around. Both John and Chris are patient, knowledgeable, flexible, and organized. They know how to handle all the emotions that come with the stress and excitement in real estate. Highly recommended!

He was professional and well versed in his industry. He was quick to respond to questions and was very thorough. Everything went as expected in the sale of our home, no surprises.
