My background includes over 35 years in home building, remodeling and selling. My strengths are communication and problem solving. I negotiate at a high level, and work well with all persons involved in our transactions.

I am highly tech and internet oriented and excel at working with out of area clients as required. With my deep background in home related construction I am well-qualified to guide both buyers and sellers on the maintenance and renovation aspects of a home sale or purchase.
