Before returning full-time to sales, I ran a general contracting company for real estate investors for 4.5 years, remodeling homes across Central Texas. That hands-on experience allows me to help clients clearly understand both the problems and the potential in a property — from construction quality and inspection concerns to renovation strategy, design improvements, and realistic costs — always with a focus on long-term value and smart decision-making.
