My experience with Carlo was amazing! I started searching for the home from outside the country being military. He kept me up to date with homes and ones that I told him I would like. He also went above and beyond and showed ones I didn’t not catch and that he believed i would like with the parameters i told him that I liked in a home. Communication was so important in finding a home and moving quickly to make an offer. I was so impressed at the speed of responses and documents sent to me to make sure we got the home and documents in as quick as we could. I have friends and co workers that explain their experience with their realtor and every time I feel so confident I have an amazing one and blessed to not have the problems they experienced due to the lack of skill and experience of their realtor. I would recommend him to anyone that wants to ease and make the process of home buying less stressful and to get a good deal!
