JULIA is very professional and extremely helpful and knowledable about the Fox Hills development

Buying and selling a home is completely different. Buying for me was much easier than selling. I had a lot of questions and like any person selling your home that you made a family with you feel very sentimental and also defensive with. I had a lot of questions and concerns at times and Julia always responded very quickly and honestly. Excellent person to have on hand. Thank you.

Julia always listened to our needs & concerns. Followed up quickly with questions & informed us of our requirements in a timely fashion. Julia also kept on top of all phases of the contract..inspections, deadlines, references for lawyers & inspectors. It was a very nice experience dealing with someone very competent as well as friendly.

Julia was truly the best real estate agent that we've ever dealt with. Always listened to our needs & followed up quickly & efficiently with questions. Made sure every detail of the contract went smooth.

JUlla was a pro from beginning to end. The proof was in the result. Our condo sold.
