Julia Torsiello was quite knowledgeable about the 55+ community market that we were interested in. She patiently took us to many communities within the geographic region we were considering. She always answered our texts almost immediately and was very helpful in arranging the sale to our time schedule. We were moving from out of state which complicated unit viewings and the closing of the property. Julia was also helpful through the required NJ lawyer involvement in property closing. This procedure vastly slowed down our closing and with Julia's help we closed within our given time frame!

She not only understood what our needs were but provided insightful advice when it came time to make an offer as well as the general knowledge of the home buying process as we were first time buyers.
