Kate was amazing! She was always available to answer questions and let me see homes. She's very knowledgeable and helped point out things I likely wouldn't have thought of which really helped. For instance, the home I purchased didn't have a lot of room for a regular sized refrigerator, and she explained to me a counter depth one would be more esthetically pleasing, and I was happy she helped me make that choice. You can tell she cares about her clients and didn't pressure me at all. I found a home that seemed perfect for me, and she scheduled a walk through right away and I was able to purchase the home, close and move in less than a month later. Very happy in the new place.
