Dan and Katie are an amazing team. We first met Dan through our kids soccer program, and we asked him to help us sell our home in Gurnee. What we didn't know is that his business partner Katie was a marketing expert. It wasn't our first selling experience and we knew there was a lot of buyers out there and we felt we had a decent home. Dan had a pricing strategy that was unique, and Katie drove more traffic to our home in one day than there is seats at a Cubs stadium! It was astonishing how many people toured our home, what tripped us up even more, was when we received an offer of more than $50k over list price, and we saw the comps for what it should have sold for! Dan's strategy works, and I still see my home on the internet randomly from Katie's marketing. They're a great team with strengths that compliment each other well.

I bought my first home with Dan and Katie. It was tough. Homes were overpriced for my budget, and all needed a lot of work.
