Kristin Carvalho has been wonderful to work with. She listens and then she takes care of everything you ask. She gave me pointers and reminded me of delails I needed to take care of once my house sold that I had not thought of. Most of our dealings were long distance and she emailed or texted me daily with information about what was happening with the sale. Kristin is very thorough and knowledgeable and I highly recommend her!

Kristin is amazing. We have been very fortunate to have worked with her on the purchase (2012) and recent sale of our rental property. As residents of Canada, we were unable to be onsite and coordinate all the details of our sale. Kristin did an outstanding job of organizing all the work required, ensuring we were fully informed on every detail. Every question we asked were quickly answered. Kristin and Mark helped us acquire investments homes in 2003/2004 and the sale of of one around 2007.

Fast forward 13 years later, and Carvalho Real Estate helped us sell the remaining properties in Arizona. Kristin treated my properties and budget as if it were her own. She understands the marketplace and holding costs and knew how to get our properties into contract in less than a week.

It is a pleasure working with Kristin and great to see her great service in 2003 has matured and blossomed to even better service in 2017. I hope to work with her again in the future!

This is the second time I have worked with Carvalho Realty. Kristin and her support staff were professional, quick and efficient at the task of listing, viewing and negotiating a final sale of my condo. Within a period of a week from listing the unit was conditionally sold. Kristin went beyond her job description and arranged for disposition of all the furnishings. My wife and I were living out of state when we decided to buy an investment property in Phoenix.
