This is the fourth real estate transaction I have worked with Kristin Zimmerman and John Friedman on. The first was a short sale which turned into a disaster with the seller guilty of breach of contract by agreeing to the sale and refusing to sign final closing documents. Kristin and John stood by my side, went to arbitration and all the court dates. Because they went above and beyond what an agent would do, I used them on all my other transactions. They have always given excellent advice on what would show well. I have recommended them to friends who have also said they had an excellent experience. John and Kristin even helped one of my friends with her move after they sold her a new condo. They truly care and go above and beyond.

John and Kristen were excellent to deal with during the listing and sale of our property. My husband and I live in Alabama and have very little knowledge of Hawaiian real estate laws and guidelines. John and Kristen helped to educate us and navigated us through the process seamlessly. They were professional, but also very approachable and easy to talk with. They understood what was important to us as sellers. Despite the 5 hour time difference, we were always able to contact them when needed. John and Kristen were given a unique challenge due to extreme COVID-19 travel restrictions, but still managed to sell the property for us.
