Larry was an immense help with our recent house sale. This was an estate sale of my Mother's and Father's home they built in the late 1940s. It was my sister's home until she died in 2018. The home interior had not been maintained for decades and was a dusty time capsule of the 1950s. With Larry's good advice we decided to stage the home by stripping it bare. Larry was a huge help in arranging for things like dumpsters and temporary workers to help. His correct analysis of the potential market for the house, based on either being a tear down candidate for contractors or a renovation project for private buyers, helped us stage it for both possibilities. At the end he generated a bidding contest that brought a very good sale price. Larry is a professional in every regard, and I highly recommend him.
