Point Pleasant’s rolling three-month data through April 2026 shows home values edging slightly higher compared with a year ago, with the typical home value up about 1 percent. List prices have risen a bit faster, climbing just over 4 percent year over year. Inventory has also expanded, with active listings up nearly 9 percent from the same period last year.
