Latisha is one of the rare people lately that hasn't made me cuss. The prevalence of lazy, apathetic, liars out there these days is palpable and she is a breath of fresh air. Not only that, but she’s laid back-yet-always on top of it (whatever the topic of “it” happens to be at the moment). She is VERY knowledgeable (we used her for 2 consecutive purchases, both quite atypical and bizarre), specifically with regard to 1031 exchanges & investment properties. We worked with her for months to seek out the right combo of solutions and never once did she say “I don’t know.” If it was a unique topic, she either already knew the answer or was already seeking it out without us having to ask. She is EXTREMELY thorough and quite diligent in protecting her clients - we had significant issues on BOTH of our purchases (title company dropping the ball, sellers trying to weasel out) and she went in there with all her knowledge of the law and contracts and made everything work the way it should have.

Latisha has been such a joy to work with. She sold our home with efficiency and ease. We highly recommend her if you need an agent! She's very easy to work with and will do whatever she can to help you through the process. We are very happy with the outcome.

In April my husband and I decided to relocate from Kentucky to Texas. We had previously met Latisha briefly at a home she had listed. That home wasn’t to our liking, and after many searches, we decided to purchase a home that was being built. We contacted Latisha to help us with that purchase. As we got into the process, we were saddened to learn the builder was not honest, nor a good builder! Latisha worked diligently with us to end that contract. Latisha was patient and fought hard for our rights! Next, she worked with us to find a suitable home in a good location. The day before closing on this home, my husband passed away unexpectedly, leaving me in an untenable situation. Latisha worked through this problem with me, showing kindness, concern, and sympathy while maintaining a professional attitude. I subsequently found a home to purchase, and she was there through that whole transaction. In short, I cannot recommend Latisha Grant highly enough, as well as Bourquin Realty!
