Short version: Latisha is one of the rare people lately that Haden’s made me cuss. The prevalence of lazy, apathetic, liars out there these days is palpable and she is a breath of fresh air. Not only that, but she’s laid back-yet-always on top of it (whatever the topic of “it” happens to be at the moment). She is VERY knowledgeable (we used her for 2 consecutive purchases … both quite atypical and a little bizarre), specifically w- regard to 1031 exchanges & investment properties. We worked with her for months to seek out the right combo of solutions and never once did she say “I don’t know.” If it was a unique topic, she either already knew the answer or was already seeking it out without us having to ask.
