Ligaya, originally from Houston, Texas, developed a strong work ethic and competitive drive at a young age. After earning her Bachelor’s degree in Consumer Science and Merchandising from the University of Houston, she embarked on a career in sales and marketing for a major technology organization. Despite over a decade of work in the technology industry, Ligaya felt a calling to help people build wealth through real estate, leading her to leave the tech world and become a full-time REALTOR®.

Since obtaining her real estate license, Ligaya has achieved certifications in New Home Construction and Buyer Representation from the National Association of REALTORS®. She appreciates Austin for its outdoor lifestyle and scenic views. Outside of her professional life, Ligaya is a mother of four children with Bryan. In her spare time, Ligaya enjoys traveling, working out, and holds a blue belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu; although she’s currently taking a break to focus on their family legacy.
