Looking to sell your property, buy a new home, or just need some expert real estate advice?

About
Lourdes had been a Pathologist for over 20 years before Real Estate. She has lived in many areas of the country including the Pacific West coast, Mid West and East Coast. A thorough and thoughtful search of a home deserves as much attention as the career one is pursuing during a relocation. As Baby Boomers start to downsize, there are challenges of diminishing physical stamina while living in a well-loved home full of memories. At mid-life, divorces, change of career, empty nesters face the challenge of relocating to pursue the next stage of their lives. And as Generation Xs, Ys and Millennials enter the work force, the challenge of finding an affordable home amidst student loan debts repayments weighs heavily against starting a family. Living in the right environment in a home that you love will create an atmosphere that enables the mind and body to relax, with less stress despite life’s challenges. Let her help you take you on that journey, worry and stress free.

Lourdes is AMAZING. Not only did she go above and beyond to help me find an apartment, but she even helped arrange picking up the keys from my landlord (I moved from out of state). If you’re moving in the East Bay, Lourdes’ knowledge of the area is absolutely priceless. Next time I need to move, I will call Lourdes again to help find me an amazing property.

“We truly appreciate our Realtor, Lourdes Ylagan. She was referred to us by a friend despite having choices of other Real Estate professionals. We were humbled and grateful for her kind assistance in helping us attain our dream home. Her professionalism is outstanding. Her approach was friendly, pleasant and efficient and with the right amount of affirmation and assertiveness. With the vast and varied choices of homes to pick from, the resources, advices, tips, knowledge and alternatives that she provided streamlined the whole processes. She was patient with us and we never felt rushed. She accomplished all that made our experience graciously amazing. And so we are truly grateful and happy, Thank you very much.” James and Imelda Carbon
