The Enclave Team is the brainchild of Beth Nordaune, the team’s CEO. Beth built her business, out of a love of meeting new people and getting to know them as they make huge decisions about where they want to live. Her passion has always been fueled by the people she serves, and she’s recruited agents to the team who feel the same and hold the same values. Over the last 20 years, Enclave Team has expanded, starting from a group of just a few to now 24 strong and growing, including real estate agents as well as professional support staff in both the Rochester and Twin Cities Metro.
