We loved working with Marcie! We moved to Madison from Washington, DC in a very tight time-frame. We were only able to come to town for a few days to find a house and Marcie spent an entire weekend taking us to dozens of properties--one of which was the home we ended up buying. She quickly grew to understand our likes and dislikes; by the end she seemed to know if we would like a house before we realized it ourselves. During the few weeks when we were closing on the house from many states away, Marcie was incredibly responsive and informative. We hope to not have to move again for a very, very long time, but if we ever did need a realtor we would hire Marcie again in a heartbeat.

Marcie Schmidt was an absolute pleasure to work with. I was a first time home buyer using a VA loan and she knew exactly what needed to happen every step of the way. Working with the VA, the mortgage lender, and myself, she was able to coordinate everything in an extremely timely manner. She was also very open to every concern I had along the way whether it be questions I had with open houses, or worries I had about the negotiating process. Marcie was able to handle my every need, and was very responsive to calls, texts, and emails on weekdays, nights, and weekends. Once again, Marcie was absolutely fantastic to work with, if I could give her more stars I would. I most definitely recommend!
