I cannot say enough about Martin and how much he helped me. To begin, I’m bought my house remotely as I am PCSing military. Martin kept communication going and made sure I was informed at all times about what was needed or going on.

He also aggressively fought to get me one of the houses I was interested in. Including being up super late putting in last second offers that I gave to him. He is a true professional. He also is honest, there was a house I was interested in and wanted to put an aggressive offer for. However, Martin informed about the neighborhood and I directed my interest elsewhere. Meaning the guy had a chance to sell a house and chose to keep the customer happy, this is the standup character you want.

Finally, after closing on my house, Martin personally arrived to help make sure my utilities were turned on and my house was cleaned before I arrived. He even made sure I had a lockbox so I could grab my key.
