Fantastic team to deal with. I went with the full package they offered and was very pleased to what I got. My house went on the market on a Thursday and had one showing that day. Seven showings on Friday and five showings on Saturday. Also on Saturday they had an open house. Somewhere in those showings, an offer was made and the house went under contract that Sunday into Monday. So less than 4 days on the market and the place was sold. My agent was Liz Koelling and she did an excellent job in getting our house on the market. Kept us well informed as to the whole process and steps that needed to be taken.
