Mette went above and beyond when helping with purchasing our new home in Florida. We dealt with her long distance from New York through emails and phone conversations. She listened to what we wanted and was able to give us several options. At the end with her assistance we found exactly what we were looking for. Mette is professional and very knowledgeable in her field.

She is the nicest person. She always gets back to you very quickly. This was our second transaction with her. And would use her again if buying or selling in Sebastian.

Name the issue - bank, pre-closing inspection, post-closing seller interaction, post-closing advice (as I had to fly back after purchasing my vacation home), she handled them all impeccably.

Our home buying experience with Mette was outstanding! We were in a bit of a hurry to find the right home, yet, as out-of-town buyers, our availability to look at houses was limited. Also, our needs/wants changed the more homes we looked at. Nonetheless, Mette was completely accommodating of our circumstances. She is extremely knowledgeable of the area, remarkably responsive, has the utmost patience, and was a wonderful advocate in the negotiation process. Plus, Mette is great fun to be with. We truly lucked out to have found her.
