Inventory in Elizabeth Lake has shifted over the past year, with active listings in the latest rolling three-month period down more than 15% from a year ago. New listings have fallen even more sharply, dropping nearly 28% year over year, which limits fresh options for buyers. At the same time, closed sales in this rolling window are up more than 50% compared with a year earlier, showing that demand is absorbing what comes to market.
