Mike has been helping us find our next home for over 5 months. He started out finding us a lender, then potential properties. We looked at a few properties in person but most properties were done through a facetime call with Mike. He would drive hours out of his way just to show us properties in person (per say). After having had 5 properties and having to reject each one for one reason or another, we found what we wanted in house #6. Throughout the whole process Mike was never rude, grouchy, pushy or left us hanging. Being from the Midwest I appreciate a 'you're welcome' after every 'thank you', and Mike exceeded my expectations for politeness. We never felt like we couldn't contact Mike with any questions. We felt like our process was a bit longer than normal but Mike stuck with us and was a great go between when we ran into a lender issue.
