Michelle is a consummate professional and a pleasure to work with. Within a week of listing my home it was under contract. Michelle was able to negotiate a price which was well above what I thought I could get. Michelle lined up the various contractors to get necessary home repairs completed at a competitive price.

My wife and I have bought and sold several homes in the past. This home sale was the easiest process by far. With the Realtor Power of Attorney, we only had to sign a handful of documents, which we did electronically on our smart-phones. We live out of state so doing the entire process over the phone and email was very convenient!

I highly recommend Michelle as your next realtor, whether you're looking to buy or sell.
