I am a former mortgage loan originator and have worked in property management and real estate sales for the past 15 years. As a listing agent, I will pay up to $1,500 for your title insurance premium, and as a buyer's agent, I will cover your home and termite inspection as well as your appraisal. (All home values must be $150k. All payments will be subject to underwriting approval and will appear as a credit at closing).
