I would like to Thank Misti Rios and her amazing staff at Keller Williams Realty/River City Team. They are very experienced in dealing with all aspects of the buying and selling process. They are great at how they communicate exactly what is happening. They tell you like it is. No BS. They made it so easy. I recommend them to everyone I know. I can't thank them enough for all they did for my husband and I.
We had issues with repairs and a dead deer in the front. The realter worked with me to get a contractor since I lived 120 miles away and could not be there all the time to oversee what was going on.
They worked with me getting all the paperwork together and locating items needed. Saved me a lot of time and driving. All in all, A job well done. Thank You. I would highly recommend your team to anyone in need of your services.
