They were very professional, listened to our needs prior to even selling our home and helped us secure contractors so updates could be made prior to listing. When I made it my home inspected, they had an inspector for the want of a better way to put it on retainer. when repairs needed to be done, they put me in touch with a contractor who was able to take care of the repairs. when I needed an exterminator, they were able to put me in touch with an exterminator who did the necessary work. The River City Team is an awesome team of professionals led by Misti Rios. Misti is exceptional and was there for us at every turn.
