I have used Misti Rios to sell 6 other houses for me, and they all went on sale during the winter seasons. It just fell that way due to renters moving out. Her team got it done during a slow time of year for most sales of homes. Usually got them listed, closed and funded whth in 90 days or less. I did not hesitate to call her to sell my last rental property.

Misti and the River City Team always go above and beyond to assist their clients. The house we sold was slightly oversized for the area and would have been difficult to sell without the excellent marketing skills of Misti. When we moved out of state on a short notice move, all of the River City Team members keep us informed of updates. We also ended leaving a few items behind in the garage, but Paul and Misti were able to find someone to help clear them out prior to closing. Thank you for all of your help!

Misti and Paul and the River City team are fantastic. They are knowledgeable, responsive, thorough, and helpful in every way. Lauren is on top of all paperwork issues and keeps you updated and everything moving along smoothly. I give them all my highest compliments and recommendation. We have bought and sold three homes with them and they were exceptional each time, even through some difficult closings.

from the 1st communication with Keller Williams Realty River City Team, they were Johnny on the spot. They were very helpful in their communications. They kept us in the loop the entire time, during the entire process. If ever we had a question, they were quick and available to give an answer. They were very helpful in making the necessary decisions. One of the things I have appreciated most in dealing with Keller Williams Realty River city team, is the fact that in calling them, I did not have to get in touch with anybody else. When I made it my home inspected, they had an inspector for the want of a better way to put it on retainer. when repairs needed to be done, they put me in touch with a contractor who was able to take care of the repairs. when I needed an exterminator, they were able to put me in touch with an exterminator who did the necessary work. Every service that I needed in order to complete the sale of my home I was able to obtain through Keller Williams Realty River City Team. I have in the past dealt with other realtors, but none have risen to the level of service I received from Keller Williams Realty River City Team. Should I need the services of her realtor in the future, to my mind there is and will be only one choice;Keller Williams Realty River City Team.
