Natalie is, absolutely, awesome at what she does! Truly dedicated to meeting her client’s needs and has a special talent of recognizing what a family is in search of, the neighborhoods desired, and quickly turns her skills in to actions. We are a military family that has relocated and purchased many homes over the past 20 years with great experiences, but Natalie is hands-down our “BEST” real estate agent we have had the pleasure of working with. We were out-of-state clients with a challenging list of demands that she met head-on. Natalie was able to accommodate our scheduling needs which were quite challenging whether it was last minute trips to town or doing video walk throughs of potential homes. What we really appreciated was Natalie helping us find a home and not pushing for a quick sale. Not every attempt to purchase a home comes through (we had a few tries) but Natalie helped us with hard—but right—decisions and got us back on track to cross the finish-line in the final moments.

The chances that you find someone lile this agent are far and few between. Responsible, always there for you, hardworking, trustworthy. i would not use another agent for properties i buy or sell in Las Vegas. I bought my condo sight unseen with her. That's what i mean by trustworthy and hardworking.

If it weren’t for Natalie, we wouldn’t have gotten our new home. As out of state buyers we were ready to give up, but Natalie took the time to explain the local buying process and gave us the reassurance that we needed to continue. She coached us throughout the entire buying process and smoothed out every bump as they came up. When communication broke down with the mortgage and title professionals, Natalie stepped up to become our central point of contact all the way through the complete buying process. I had joked that Natalie has a black belt in herding cats…but that turned out to be an understatement. Natalie is the real deal and will make the processes for her customers much less stressful. Natalie has been a God-send to me. She reached out to me in 2020 when I was starting to get the feel for the area prior to my retirement knowing that it would be several years before I actually moved. (I closed in 2023) She kept in close contact with me and set up emails with possibilities. When I would come to Vegas she would set up week long house hunting trips to look at the latest new builds in the area. When I started leaning towards 55+ communities she suggested we checkout Lake Las Vegas where I eventually bought. She was with me through the whole process. She was with me each time I talked to the sales person. She went to the Design Center before my appointment and face-timed with me so I would be prepared when the time came. She was with me when I picked out my actual options, was by my side for my meetings with my construction manager and did a walk through with me the day before my actual walkthrough.
