Lakes Realty created beautiful brochures that were professional and showed the home in the best possible way. Pat helped coordinate multiple open houses to bring traffic through the property. And we received weekly marketing reports so we could understand how frequently the house was showing up in search results and being viewed online.

However, perhaps what was most important is that Pat knew what to do when things don't always go right. She was there to listen, explain, commiserate, motivate and do whatever she could to help accomplish the goal.

She’s patient, realistic, & has always produce results since I & friend used her years ago to recent.. No issues. And we communicate just fine— my opinion is communication is most important... My place so led in 1-2 days.

Pat is what you expect from a realtor working for you. It seems nowadays they do the basics to get their commission and move on. It’s actually sad and frustrating to see. Most are only hungry when the market is tough. I’ve worked with Pat in good markets and bad and she represent me like the go getter she is no matter what with my interests in mind. She sets the bar high for others to try and achieve. One recommendation I know won’t come back to bite me.
