Buying or selling a home is a very stressful time. Pat's years of experience make her invaluable with the buying and selling process. Pat takes care of everything so you don't need to worry. Her knowledge of the area and the lakes is a must have when looking for a water front or water access home. The marketing material her staff puts together when selling a home is steps above the rest. The pictures are professional and staff always makes sure there are flyers available for people driving by.

She was very patient when we were looking for a home. We had been looking for months, and even though we were losing hope, Pat never did. She would provide us her insight, but was always respectful of what we had to say. She kept her calm and remained professional throughout a very difficult buying process. I knew if I was at my wits end or absolutely baffled at something she was only a phone call, text, or email away. There was a situation during the negotiations that the seller did something interesting that we did not agree with. I called Pat as soon as I saw the letter from the attorney. She had also seen it and had already made the calls, knowing we wouldn't be pleased with the situation.

The bottom line is I couldn't not imagine using anyone else to buy or sell a home.

We very much enjoyed working with Pat. When we met up with Pat it always felt like meeting a friend. We appreciated that Pat let the house speak for itself rather than trying to push a list of "selling points". She let us tour each home in our own way. We loved that Pat helped us to determine if a house would meet our needs by asking specific questions to help us think about it. We were always glad to have Pat on our side when we would see and hear some of the other realtors out with their clients. We had a pretty long wish list and went through several attempts to buy a home and Pat stuck with us through it all. She was also able to suggest other people we needed in the home buying process.
