We had to move my father to my sister's home in Alabama on relatively short notice. I had to manage my father's sale of his home from across the country & I can not imagine accomplishing this without Paul Santoro. Paul not only navigated the sale for us, he skillfully managed the selling of a co-op owned property within Laguna Woods planned community. Paul located, contracted, and hired contractors to address repairs & even pulled permits for us. I can not imagine trying to accomplish everything needed to sell my father's home without Paul.
