I went on-line and contacted a service based on the location of the property I was selling. Since my condo was located in Laguna Woods Village, I knew they had several requirements that I had to abide with, and the agent and escrow company needed to be "very" familiar with the rules and regulations. I don't remember the company that checked around for someone that had to be familiar with this Association, and was given the name of Paul Santoro. Paul and his wife Pat Santoro worked very hard to get my unit in escrow as soon as possible and made it a pleasure to work with them both. I sincerely recommend Paul Santoro to anyone looking to sell or buy real estate. They were excellent.

Very difficult to abide with all the rules and refulations in Laguna Woods Village. You definately need to use someone that is familiar with the process (agent and escrow officer). Paul Santoro lives in Laguna Woods so he was highly recommended by the company I contacted.

I would rate my experience as "excellent" - only issue I had was with my unit (had a bad leak that had to be taken care of by the Association - I don't know what I would have done without Paul and his wife Pats' help getting me through a very difficult situation. They were great!

A while ago we found ourselves having a unit to sell in Laguna Woods. Not being from the area and living out of state we had no idea what Real Estate agent would be most helpful. Asking a few local people Paul Santoro from PREA Realty recommendation was given to us. I called him to come look at the property and he did his due diligence giving me all the information I needed to make an informed decision. I did have a couple other real estate agents come talk to us, but Paul, by far, gave us exactly what we were looking for. Understanding we were from out of state was going to make it more difficult for us. He took on the challenge. Even thru all difficult struggles, including COVID-19, he was still able to get the property sold for what we wanted. Throughout the process he kept us up to date, explained everything we needed and was able to answer any question we had. Very professional, personable and friendly. Not only him, but Pat, who works with him in the office made herself available if we had questions. She would often call to check and make sure we had information we needed.
