It is our experience that Eric is a unique real estate professional. Eric is extremely proactive; he finds solutions. Eric has good people skills and can work with difficult or trying situations to find solutions. He is not flappable, i.e. not easily thrown off his game, and has a calm but professional demeanor. He also did the work, which is my pet peeve with many in the RE community, they don't do the work, but sign you up and then don't help you find, vet, solve housing challenges. Eric is the opposite and raised issues we did not think of, and also responded to and researched issues that we identified. I also found his valuation analysis to be accurate and supported. We also had a lot of trust in Eric and found him to be of high character and reliable. These are all characteristics that make him stand out and above his peers and competition. I offered to give this reference for Eric, he did not solicit it, because I want others to have the same great experience we did.
