Anthony Ramos worked with us during the entire sales process, from the initial showing all the way through the close. We purchased the home from out of state, and he provided all of the referrals and information needed to stay on track and make sure nothing was overlooked. Specifically, he handled the purchase negotiations, gave us contact numbers for the utility companies, recommended a Home Inspector (who was awesome), arranged for the Title Company who facilitated the close, and arranged for us to wire the purchase funds.

Anthony didn’t have an easy task on his handlsteying to see our home going into the winter months. He knew time was of the essence and made sure that every advertising dollar he had on this house was used appropriately. He did a lot of creating advertising online, in the paper and they websites. He also had professional photos taken of our property along with drone photos and video to highlight the unique attributes of our property. Couldn’t have been happier. We closed on time and everything went smoothly. Anthony was involved every step of the way and we’d absolutely recommend him to friends and family !
