Nikki and Phil were the most amazing realtors. I would joke that Nikki cared more about the house and neighborhood than I did. We were buying from another state and they were super available, accommodating, and just plain amazing.

Phil and Nikki are a husband and wife team, we had a fantastic experience working with them to find our new home in the Phoenix area. We initially met in person to kick off our house hunting, and then continued our search after we returned home to California. The process of finding and successfully bidding on our new home took about 2 1/2 months. During that time, Phil and Nikki sent us new property listings and give us video tours of properties that interested us. They were personable, energetic, professional, knowledgeable, and patient with us, it took time for us to narrow down what we really were looking for. They also demonstrated considerable business savvy about the pricing of properties and how best to structure an offer. I interacted the most with Phil and found him extremely responsive to my phone calls and texts. I recommend the Furlong Team highly and would work with them again for our future real estate needs in the Phoenix area.
