It’s very scary going through the home buying process and moving to st Robert for me was the scariest one. Not a typical home buying process. I had a prior possession along with a renovation loan. I had no idea what I was doing and Rebecca was there with me and my family all the way. Rebecca helped me get an awesome deal on a home in st Robert. She was very quick to respond and help me through the process. Any question or concerns I had she was on top of. She helped reassure me I was making a good decision by constantly showing me comps. Just listed and sold our SECOND house with Rebecca in the last year. The first one was under contract in 6 days and the second listing was under contract in 13 days. Couldn't have had a better Realiter. First time buying a home. She answered every email, phone call and text. She worked around our time schedule including weekends. my wife and I didn't even see our house prior to closing. Was all on FaceTime and with the trust of Rebecca because we were still located in Alaska. We showed up to the house a month after closing after hours. Rebecca was there at the house to meet us with a gift for our two year old daughter, a pizza, ice cream and a welcome/thank you card. Not just that, she even had someone mow our yard prior to our arrival just to make our first sight of the house perfect. Best Realiter I could possibly imagine.
