Woojin with the Rich Kim Group was by far the best agent I have ever worked with finding an apartment. He was very responsive and genuinely cared about helping us find what we wanted. The apartment I initially responded to didn't work out, but Woojin took the time to call and figure out what we needed and researched accordingly. This is our 4th home purchasing experience and we used different realtors. I have to say he is simply the best !! He is not pushy at all and very patient throughout our experience. After a few wks of house hunting, we were exhausted and felt like we just need to take whatever in this crazy market.
