Rome was a consummate professional. He went out of his way to help us in selecting the area, price range and eventually the house we purchased. The extensive network he has in place for everything from mortgage broker to the inspection greatly helped us. Especially since we were forced to purchase remotely. I could not be more pleased with the job Rome did!

Rome always answered when we called. Whether that was late into the evening or on weekends.

Our home buying experience was seamless and very enjoyable and I credit that wonderful experience to Rome as our agent for his expertise and professionalism as a realtor and as the all around wonderful person he is. His personality is always so very happy and infectious and he's just a person you just want to be around.

House hunting can be tedious and exhausting but Rome made it fun and exciting. His knowledge of the city was extremely helpful and instrumental the area we chose to buy and settle in and we could not be happier. Rome is also very knowledgeable about the various home builders in the area and his professional relationship with them was very helpful in that we were able to locate the perfect home that fit into our move-in timeline.

Rome Arroyo is such a wonderful person and realtor! We just can't say enough good things about him and the way he treated us, cared for us, and helped us navigate the home buying process. Without his experience and assistance we'd likely have just wound up renting again instead of buying. He was instrumental in our success and ultimately our happiness as new home owners! We initially met Rome on September 4th and he was gracious enough to drive us from home to home each day until we found our home on September 11th. We likely looked at 50-60 homes during those few days.
