We agreed to list about $10K higher than first suggestion. Sold in 3 days at full price! Ryan and his assistant were very helpful in staging the condo, helped remove marks on walls, and gave suggestions to make the unit as appealing as possible. Closing was uneventful, smooth and very convenient. I found Ryan always responsive to my calls and questions.
