A leader and true professional
Ryan stepped in after I had an unsatisfactory experience with another agent. He has been honest throughout the whole process of selling my home: there were levels of improvement that he presented in an approachable manner, my go-to guy when the house was broken into while I was ill with Covid, and worked tirelessly to make sure my house was getting all the exposure it could in a sluggish market.
Ryan is friendly, level-headed and ready to share his considerable knowledge of real estate. Easy to contact, kept time frames and never let my confidence flag in spite of remarkable challenges.

We agreed to list about $10K higher than first suggestion. Sold in 3 days at full price! Ryan and his assistant were very helpful in staging the condo, helped remove marks on walls, and gave suggestions to make the unit as appealing as possible.
