The real estate market has evolved significantly over the 15 years I have been in this industry. I have adapted to these changes as well. At the beginning of my real estate career, it was relatively easy for clients to obtain loans. However, in today's market, even clients with solid financial standing face challenges during the loan process. Though it is a more difficult market, it empowers me to provide exceptional service and go the extra mile for my clients.
