Sam Hill is a North Austin REALTOR® with eXp Realty and the agent behind Sam Sells the City. She specializes in helping buyers with new construction, relocation, and residential real estate throughout Cedar Park, Leander, Georgetown, Round Rock, Liberty Hill, and the greater Austin area.

With years of experience in and around the new construction industry, Sam has built strong relationships with builders throughout Austin and made builder negotiations one of her greatest strengths. She helps buyers compare builders and communities, understand incentives, navigate the construction process, and negotiate confidently from contract through closing.
