They were exceptional with the purchase of our new home and there was no doubt that we were going to ask them to help sell our other home. We had the opportunity to offer a VA loan assumption which is not the easiest and a lot of realtors will deter their clients from offering this option. Seb was knowledgeable and upfront about this process. Due to the rise in rates and inventory, the sale took longer than we anticipated, however we did not lose trust in Seb and his team. Seb and Dariusz were consistently in contact with us, regularly hosted open houses, and in the end were there with us to celebrate the end of a chapter. I've never had a realtor meet me at the closing of a property... it just shows how committed they are to their clients.

They came highly recommended and when we started searching for our "forever" home, they took the time to understand what we were looking for and guided us through the process.  We were not in a rush to buy, and as a family of 5, we had quite a list of desires. Seb, Dariusz, and Kelly were always open and honest about the properties we viewed, the market values, and on more than one occasion, they met us at a high-interest property with very short notice. We put in a few offers throughout our home buying process and Seb always made it a priority to get the offers submitted quickly and even followed through with contacting the seller's agent for feedback. I can't say enough great things about Seb! From the very beginning he was very attentive, thorough, knowledgeable, and professional.
