Shannon Rice

We had such a great experience with Shannon Rice at Century 21 Mike Bowman, Inc. She took the
time to listen to our wants and needs for a new home. We thought finding a new home in the area
we wanted would be easy, but instead it turned out to be a very long process. Shannon really got to
know us and what we wanted and really took that into consideration when showing us homes. I
could not think of anyone else I would rather work with than Shannon. We have now found the
home of our dreams and she helped us every step of the way.

friendly, dependable, and her integrity would lead me to recommend her to family and friends.

Shannon did a wonderful job marketing my property that I recently sold in Wise County. She was knowledgeable of the area. Shannon took the time to answer any questions I had.
