Shawn has helped me sell two houses and purchase my last house. He is a great friend and an amazing realtor who really cares about his clients and goes above and beyond to keep them happy.

Shawn always has everything setup and done in a timely manner and always available at any time.

I would have never guessed that my house could have sold so quickly; closed in less than 1 week. I was very happy with every aspect of the sale.

Although this was a long distance process ( I live out of state), Shawn was knowledgeable about my property and what the realistic sales potential was. He listed it at the high end of the value scale which was good, because this was the starting point of a bidding 'war' until a buyer came along that Shawn thought was listing realistic numbers in their proposal. With Shawn's recommendation, I accepted this offer which was an excellent choice. The escrow closed quickly.
